    We offer you the opportunity to invest in a peer-to-peer loan for the renovation and expansion of Hacienda Cocuyo Eco-Hotel, located on the Samaná Peninsula in the Dominican Republic. The investment entails granting an online loan for a 12-month period to the entity Samana Group REH S.R.L. The loan will fund the hotel’s expansion, and after one year, the principal will be fully repaid.

    1. Minimum investment: $250
    2. Interest rate: 12-14% per annum

    Yes, the loan is secured by a robust security system, overseen by the Łukasz Zalewski law firm, acting as the Security Administrator. The loan is backed by a notarial promissory note, issued in accordance with Article 545 of the Dominican Code of Civil Procedure, ensuring an additional layer of protection for investors.
    Is the loan for Hacienda Cocuyo guaranteed?
    No, the repayment of the loan is not guaranteed by the platform operator, the Borrower or by technology provider Crowder SA. However, each loan is secured by a notarial promissory note. Additionally, Samana Group, one of the largest developers and landowners on the Samaná Peninsula, owns 4,000 hectares of land and is actively developing luxury residential real estate.     Who is the operator of the platform?

    When is the interest paid out?
