Samana Group is one of the largest real estate services companies and land owners in the Samana Peninsula.
Samana Group Founders have spent over 15 years in the Dominican Republic assembling land, building the Masterplan, and securing approvals to position the project for a shovel-ready development. The founders and partners successfully launched 6 boutique hotels and an apartment condominium in the region.
Our projects stand out by addressing 3 typical issues for development in exotic tourism destinations: lack of urban master planning, no lifestyle design, and low quality of infrastructure.

Yaritza Reyes is an actress, TV host and model most known for her title as Miss Dominican Republic Universe (2013) and Miss World Dominican Republic (2016). Yaritza reached top ten status in Miss Universe and became the first runner up in Miss World, representing her native country in the two most important pageants in the world. Yaritza has toured several cities representing the Caribbean islands and has done charitable work as well as served as a pageant judge.

An experienced manager with a natural talent for sales, Michał currently serves as the Head of Sales at Samana Group. His responsibilities include strategic oversight of the sales department, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to meet these goals. He leads his team to execute these plans effectively, collaborating with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market demands. With a history of working for prestigious brands like Porsche and Mercedes Benz, he has successfully managed international contracts and achieved over $25 million in sales. As a private investor, he also brings valuable financial insight to his role, enhancing his leadership in driving sales initiatives at Samana Group.
Zuzanna is an Environmental Engineer with passion for LATAM buisness and culture. After exercising in the environmental field in Poland, she moved to Latin America to change the status quo, and learn new language and gain valuable experience. Her experience includes: work in Latin American as well as European companies, including the internship in the European Parliament, work in real estate and legal firms in administrative positions. She enjoys working with international teams in English, French, Spanish and Polish language. Since 2021 she is also a sworn translator appointed by Mexican Court for Spanish-Polish translations.
An architect with a specialization in project development and management for both public and private companies, they bring extensive experience in construction, refurbishment, design, and real estate sales and development. Their career has primarily focused on start-up micro-enterprises, where they have been instrumental in shaping procedures and execution models. Notably, two of these companies—a security equipment firm and a construction company—continue to operate successfully, representing some of their most significant professional challenges, along with work for the Samana Group. Additionally, freelance work has equipped them to tackle diverse challenges, enhancing adaptability and bolstering confidence in decision-making. This experience has fostered a proactive and resilient mindset. They have engaged in both private and public sectors, placing a strong emphasis on B2B relationships. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, they navigate multicultural environments with ease.
