We are back on track to share with you insight into our latest developments! July was a groundbreaking month as we implemented a few innovative tools for our Clients and made really significant progress on the construction site. Welcome to the July 2024 Recap of Samana Group activities

Construction progress

Over the past two weeks, we’ve made tremendous progress on the site. The most significant developments may be invisible, as they involve organizational improvements and the establishment of several construction teams, but they are setting the stage for rapid construction. On the tangible side, we have prepared temporary roads for heavy machinery to transport soil, rock, gravel, sand, and concrete. Our subcontractors have delivered various materials and tools that we use daily at the site. We’ve also significantly upgraded the site with essential facilities, and the inventory of building materials is growing. The biggest advance? We’ve hit a milestone by pouring concrete into the foundations of the first Flat House villas! These will now spring up like mushrooms after the rain – which indeed we’ve had a lot of over the past few months. Finally, we’re making progress on one of Nomad City’s most ambitious projects: a massive residential complex consisting of seven separate buildings in a honeycomb-shaped plan!

Around 100 future residents of Nomad City

Nomad City will be a truly cosmopolitan enclave, bringing together people from all over the world to share a home rooted in nature! With over 40 villas and 15 apartments sold, our residents already count around 100 people! So far, we are happy to make neighbors of individuals from Poland, the Dominican Republic, Spain, Italy, and Sweden. In July, we welcomed our first residents from Canada and the USA! Explore available properties in Nomad City and become a part of this unique global neighborhood.

Flat House Configurator

The development of this project has taken us many months, and there is still a lot of work to be done before it reaches its final state, as we’re essentially breaking new ground in the real estate industry. This innovative tool allows you to easily design your own dream villa online! With just a few clicks, you can personalize every detail: choose the size, number of floors and layout from 2 to 8 rooms; customize the furnishings and select desired add-ons such as sauna, projector or Jacuzzi. In July, we launched the first functional beta version and are now collecting the first feedback. Soon you’ll be able to try it out for yourself!

My Samana House dashboard

We want your deep involvement in the creation of your villa to go even further than configuring it! That’s why we’ve created a dashboard for every Samana homeowner to give you full insight and control over its development. You can track construction progress with regular detailed reports full of pictures and videos straight from the construction site, monitor finances and payment plans, and conveniently access all documents related to your investment. My Samana House is already available to all Samana Group Clients.

RE/MAX Partnership

July was the first month of our collaboration with the prestigious RE/MAX brokerage, making our real estate listings available to 135,000 agents worldwide. It has already proven fruitful, bringing in the first Nomad City resident within the first month!
