The project incorporates several sustainable principles. It is powered by a solar panel system installed on the sloping roofs, ensuring a renewable energy source. The architectural design features double-height ceilings that facilitate natural ventilation; warm air rises and is expelled through cross-ventilation, maintaining a cool indoor environment. Local wood is utilized as the primary building material, emphasizing the project’s commitment to sustainability and supporting the local economy. Additionally, the roofs are equipped with a rainwater harvesting system; the collected water is treated and repurposed for the project's needs. This innovative approach not only conserves water but also promotes self-sufficiency.
